Talking about mental health at work

You may be wondering if you should talk to someone at work about your mental health. It’s a personal decision that can be a difficult one to make. The READY app can help inform you about the decision to tell people in your workplace about your mental health concerns.

The NSW Government has supported the implementation of this evidence-based tool developed by researchers at the University of Sydney Brain and Mind Centre, with significant input from people with lived experience of workplace mental health recovery.
